The Telegram channel Mash reports that the company “Concord-M” of the late businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin, associated with the PMC “Wagner”, has found a new owner. According to the channel, the owner of the enterprise is an unknown Roman Kozlov, about whom there is no information in public sources.

The publication notes that after Prigozhin’s death, the company had no new owners for a long time, since neither his children nor his wife Lyudmila became the owners of the deceased’s main asset. It is known that Concord-M was founded by the businessman in 2007.

Since then, the company has won tenders worth more than 900 million rubles. It provided food for the State Duma, as well as for the governments of Moscow and several other regions. According to the channel, the company signed its last contract in 2019, and in 2023 it suffered losses of 54 million rubles.

Earlier it was reported that the Concord Group of Companies created by Prigozhin sold a kitchen factory in the Leningrad Region. The enterprise is located in Yanino, and its new owner is Andrey Shokin’s RBE Group.

Before this, it was known that the son of the deceased businessman, Pavel, had officially gained control over the Concord company. He received his father’s shares in the companies Concord Management and Consulting and Concord Catering for trust management. These companies are part of the holding company of the deceased businessman.
