You will need the following ingredients:
soy sauce – 7 tablespoons;
ginger root – 5 cm;
garlic – 3 cloves;
sugar – 3 tablespoons;
sunflower oil – 4 tablespoons;
salt – to taste;
hot pepper – to taste.
In a deep bowl, mix soy sauce, sunflower oil, ground hot pepper and sugar. Crush the garlic using a press or grate it. Peel the ginger root and grate it on a fine grater. Add the ginger to the other ingredients and mix. Taste the marinade and add a little more soy sauce or salt if desired.
