The court banned four songs by rapper Molodoy Kaluga from Genius and Azlyrics, and one from Soundcloud, the joint press service of St. Petersburg courts reports. The judge found that the songs “Bolshe”, “Dzhip”, “Marafet”, Narko-9 promote “the attractiveness of an asocial lifestyle”, the authors of the message indicated.
According to the press service, attention was drawn to the tracks after a message from the head of the League for Safe Internet, Ekaterina Mizulina, who asked to limit their distribution among minors. As a result, the prosecutor’s office sent the texts to the St. Petersburg Academy of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, where an examination found violations of the law in them.
Earlier, the song by rappers Slava KPSS (Vyacheslav Mashnov) and Zamai (Andrey Zamai) called “Columbine” (the movement is recognized in the Russian Federation as terrorist, its activity is prohibited) was included in the register of extremist materials . This decision was made by the Primorsky Regional Court.
Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Education has compiled a register of experts who will determine the songs for schoolchildren to study. The lists of musical compositions will be presented in August of this year. The experts include opera singer Ildar Abdrazakov, conductor Valery Gergiev, rectors of the Gnesinka and the Shchukin Theatre Institute Alexander Ryzhinsky and Yevgeny Knyazev. In addition, the list includes teachers of music schools and institutes, deputies and civil servants.
